I have bought tickets for gifts before. Never in my life one for me. Bought one at the pharmacy today,,,spent the extra buck for the payouts on the lower brackets. $3 I'll never see again..... If I won....Elderly and kids in need would have a hell of a lot better shot at living a decent life.
