Who is reproducing 86 125m decals?

I'm redoing a 86 125m and haven't located any decal sets for them like the rest of the models. Is Harlan Lsyne still the decal guy ? If he is I have no way of contacting him any more. My guy in Pa (Blue Line) doesn't have them. Thanks
