No you can not. The bolt pattern is different.

Can't I just use the 200x hub?

No, it's all different. I have a nice 250r wheel and front tire I'd sell.

you need to run a 86-87 200x wheel its the same as 85-86 250r. if not you need to swap in 83-85 complete 200x front rim and hub assembly. I had 86 200x hub on 84 200x with 85 250r rim and rotor.

The 200x hub is a different width and wont work with the bigger diameter forks of the 250r. Guys have ran into this problem trying to run 86-87 200x and 350x front hubs on 85-86 250r. The caliper to brake rotor spacing is off.

I tried a 83-85 200x hub and wheel and it worked but the wheel was shifted the the right. I am running a 350x front hub on my R without any problems.

Brad Robertson tried using a 350x front hub and the brake rotor and caliper wouldn't line up with new brake pads.

I think it ended up being the spacer on the brake side was a little longer. That bike was a cobbled mess when he got it and not even sure what hub it was.

You can post up a want ad or see if anyone will swap a 3rd gen hub and spacers for your 200x hub and spacers. The trike in your pic looks great.
