Weld a 1/2" piece of all thread or steel rod about 2 foot long to the end of the bolt and use a 20 pound bench weight as a slide hammer :)
Or Sawzall the bolt out and find a good used replacement .

I remember I had a horrible bolt on an X years ago. I think I ended up spraying as much PB Blast as I could in there, and did it every day for like a week. I was finally able to sledge it out. Ruined the bolt. but I got it out finally.

You can thank you OEM needle bearings. Do yourself a favor and buy delrin swingarm spacers. If you screw up your bolt HRE makes new one. I had some made again.

Buy the delrin, it holds tight but will not seize.

Don't thank the needle bearings because it seized, thank every f'n moron that owned it before you that never read, or couldn't read page 3-2 of the service manual where it CLEARLY says to "service" them every 30 days of operation and page 2-4 where it CLEARLY shows EXACTLY where to do it.

It's funny how nobody ever says the brakes or rear axle bearings are faulty if they rusted, or the piston and cylinder aren't the reason they are seized if a bike is left outdoors for years on end.

Quality [not Chinese] needle bearings will last many many years if properly SERVICED, and are the CORRECT and BEST part to replace the old ones with.

Or you could weld a 2' piece of all thread to the bolt head and get a piece of pipe and weld a heavy washer to the end and use it to pull the bolt out.
