I just sold my 200x to a guy I know for $850. Now I am oing to buy 2 1986 350X's from another guy I know for $850. The one is a pretty nise ready to ride 350x and the other is a parts bike that is all in pieces. I think I just made a good swap.

Not a bad trade! But for me, I'd stick with the 200x, im a bit small for a 350x. ;) A little too much right now. :D

You will never look back. 350x is an awsome wheelie machine and hill climber. A cobra pipe is a nice upgrade. Stock size rear tires work best. If there is any doubts about the condition of the engine get it rebuilt. It is a lot cheaper to freshen a running engine than it is to rebuild a blown one. Make sure the chain and sprockets are in good shape other wise you will wreck the cases.

As far as being to small to ride it=nonsense. If you can get the beast started you can ride it. According to the gas tank warning sticker you should be at least 14 years of age(good ole days ya know). The sticker also says if you flood it turn the ignition off and flutter kick it. Good Luck. Those must have been some heavy weight japenese guys that came up with that!!!!!

I think it is mandatory to also have a 85-86 250r in the garage though, just in case you get in the mood to let it ALL hang out!!!!!!!!!JMO
