So I finally got around to building a 250r motor I've had for a while. I bought the '86 bottom end from eBay several months back, and recently picked up an '85 cylinder with ESR stage 3 porting. Now to my question: while cleaning the motor up for painting, I noticed a tag behind the gear shift which is engraved III C.T.
So I take it that this bottom end may have been built by CT Racing?
Just wanted to get some thoughts by the gurus.223718

There is supposed to be an aluminum vin plate. It isn't uncommon for them to come off and people stamp or engrave other things in their place.
