Anyone know of any direct fit/replacements for the 350x - specifically the rear. Was told a 450r bolts up and it sure doesnt.

Sorry...I don't know the answer to this question. So I will answer your question...with a question. Are your masters missing or in just bad shape (not working)?
Neither front nor rear worked on my 350x (or 250r for that matter) when I brought them home. They are easy and cheap to rebuild. Can you go that route?
Oh...and I do know that a liquid R front perch/ms will work on a 350x.

Thanks for the reply my friend. My front works fine and the back is working just okay. As I am sure you know the back reservoir (as it's plastic) tends to bow out in the middle thus making for a poor seal and leaking. I was told a 450r reservoir and master would bolt right up. The neat thing about the 450 reservoir is that while it's plastic, it has a round screw on lid thus preventing the leaking and bowing.
The master cylinder holes on the 450r almost match but they are a bit smaller and closer spaced.
The point of this was to simply add some newer technology to the bike using easily accessible parts.

Thanks for the reply KASEY. I am attempting to use a reservoir from a honda 450 and the tube gping from the reservoir to the master cylinder is much smaller than stock. How does the master look on this one? How does the line attach?

Reservoir is built into the YZ master - no remote tank.

Really?! That is so neat - I will look into this further! And just to be clear it is in fact direct bolt uo no mods required? The lines and pedal fit correctly? (I am just clarifying as I did this once before and now I'm in a pickle )
Thanks so much for the help!

Right you are sir- I just saw the 250r decal and what appears to be a custom brake line setup so I just wanted to double check. Thank you again - I GREATLY appreciate your help

thanks for this tip. I was wondering about 350x alternatives myself. to back up the original poster your master and brake pedal are not connected to each other and a 250r stick would also imply to me I was looking at a 250r
