Can anyone identify this particular part? Honda part number: 15700-011-305
The only thing I have been able find is that it is a case breather dip stick for a ATC185/200 or ATC200X.
I have never seen one before. It is a honda oem part.
I acquired it with some other parts.
What is it worth?
Thanks in advance 3WW!!!

I read that it fits a Honda CT 90/110 as well so I am thinking it may be for emissions control, since these bikes are street legal. I am thinking sidecase to breather and/or PCV to a fitting on the intake manifold. Because of the tighter emissions in Europe they may have been used on those bikes along with trikes.
I am not sure of any of this, but I have seen some strange things on European spec. bikes.

You may be correct. It could be a CT90/110 item. Taking a closer look at my Danny's bike I see it appears to have the same breather. I wondered where they got the breather. Thought originally they had it made. The CT's used the lower oil dip stick location.
I'll probably list it on ebay and see what happens.

Not sure....I was wondering the same thing. You can easily blow either direction with no restriction. It has two screws holding the top plate on. I removed the screws but could not get the cover off. It has some kind of sealer holding it in place. Didnt put too much pressure trying to take it off.
Okay you have me wondering even more now... When I get home I'll try harder to take it off. Hope it's not a note in there saying "Gotcha!!!" LOL

Interesting part... partzilla lists it at $165.91, not sure why for what appears to be a semi simple (small at least) part. If you have no use for it, I'd say throw it up on ebay and make sure international shipping is enabled and lets see what it goes for.

Definitely interesting. Might be an oil accumulator in case of blow by which will bleed back when the bike stops running. When you get it open I bet it'll say "Please Try Again" like you see on different contest schemes.
