Ok so I acquired a 200x as a frame a motor in boxes and boxes of parts. I have a book on the way but a picture is worth a thousand words. If any body has pics of how the wiring harness is routed and location of CDI etc. Pics of a motor together and how the cables throttle, brake ect are routed that would be a huge help. I plan on doing a thread of the build once I am a little farther along Thanks for the help :D

Set up an an account on Partzilla. You can look at the factory diagrams after you do. It's a new thing that you have to have an account to view them. Just wanted to mention that in case you didn't know. Cdi goes on the left hand and coil goes on right hand (throttle side).

Help yourself to a manual, brought to you by a member on here (Oscar Mayer) they come in handy.

partzilla is free and do not even need an account. just print out all the schematics and buy what you need to put it back together.

Is the manual on this site or his (oscarmayer) site. I have a clymer Manual on the way it should be here soon and thanks guys I checked out partzilla and they definitely have parts im looking for and the diagrams are awesome but they don't seem to have any wiring diagrams that show how its mounted/routed on the trike. If someone has a pic of a 200x without the tank and plastics so i could see how the wiring is routed through what hold downs and such that would be great.

my honda shop manual has how things are routed but I do not think the clymer has this in it I have both because sometimes they each have a little differnt info in them.

This is where you can obtain ATC shop manuals, they contain pretty much all of the information you will need.

I think I have 90% in different boxes but I am not really sure because I am not sure what is supposed to be there. The next thing I need sooner rather than later are valves and valve springs and retainers. Also a piston and one timing chain guide. Then I can put the motor together.

That's how I got my 200x the whole thing was stripped but all the crucial parts I got in an old cooler that he had put everything in. Just put some elbow greese into it and you will have a great bike

Ya I just ordered some of the internal engine stuff I need. Right now I am trying to inventory what I have that is good and what needs to be replaced. So far it looks like I have all the major stuff in good condition.

That's the important thing but little things can be killer as well so make sure you inventory all that as well me and my dad both learned the hard way to but everything in a zip lock bag and tag it. We still loose things but not as much as we use to.
