I just bought this in Los Angeles, it looks like the weld-on kit from High Performance ATC. Didn't try to start it yet, just wanted to grab it fast, the seller did not know how rare it is.

It's a neat looking trike, it sits high and feels comfortable, needs minor repairs. Won't stay in neutral, shift action feels weird. Have to transport it to my workshop in Oregon.

Sweet score. I used to ride with a guy back in the 80s whos son had a fully suspended 185s and I think they have a mean look to them.

I've always like the fully suspended 185/200's.
