There's still a little fine tuning needed but it's pretty much there.
The mockup.

"Final" fitting with a half-arsed coupler

And finally with plastics!

I may bring it to a shop to see if I can have the bends adjusted a bit more. I'd like it to have the same angle as the grab bar. But for now? I'm happy.

Birddog85, I have a question.
The one silencer is used on essentially a 175cc engine, so was the ID of the silencer the same diameter of the Tri-Z stinger on the pipe?
I am not a Banshee guy but seem to remember seeing Toomey's on Banshee's at Glamis and they had smaller core.

Actually when you click on the photos twice and enlarge them to full size they rotate.
It looks like in the first photo the silencer pipe is inside the stinger. So that might make it a 1" silencer core instead of the 1.125" core normally found on a 250cc ???
I ran a 1.25" core universal on a 250cc before. Not sure it was the right thing to do but it seemed to perform ok.

It is slightly smaller but I haven't noticed a difference in power. Though I haven't had a chance to ride hard either.
Frankly, this thing scares the crap out of me so a little power loss won't worry me any.

It will slip inside of the chamber. It's not 100% correct but hasn't hurt the way it runs.

You could put a chick stick in it until you get use to it.
