I think they get a higher air stream to the Engine and cool it better....Uhm and the look way better :-D

I got some on my 200x and i think they look pretty cool....

I have them on my 350x. They are bigger than stock and have a lip on the bottom to direct more air to the engine. Here's a pic.

i paid for super scoops and got regular ones. :( it wasnt worth it to return them for the $5 difference. it was recreation unlimited that i purchased from.

i bought the regular one also and found they rub the fork just a little when you turn the front end all the way in either direction.
sportvette ,,, do your rub also ??? it sure looks like 200xman's has plenty of clearence between the forks and scoop.

Yeah, the only thing the super scoops rub on mine are the headlight rubbers.

the only time i see my scoops is when the front wheel is standing straight up in 6th gear!!!! i notice them only because i us the sun for direction lol lol lol lol lol lol lol lol :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D
