i recently tinkered with the carb on my 350x.mainly mainjet/needle clip,i never took it apart or even off the bike.i reassembled it like a week ago, with the original parts, turned the gas on and it sat for a week.my nephew rode it today and when he came back, gas was dripping out the over flow,i tightened up the drain screw on the bottom,it was tight.i took the cap off the bottom and blew air in the bottom, then through the overflow lines, now its better but still dripping, especially if you shake it or rock it back and forth fast.it never did this before, should i dissemble or you have an idea on a fix? thanks

I'd say that a piece of debris got in between the float needle & seat. My 250sx did this, I took the carb off, took the bowl off, blew out the passeges and the problem went away (oh, I also added a inline filter during reassembly)

My son's Blaster did that on our last ride. Got about a block from the house and it stalled. While he was trying to restart, I noticed gas was pouring out the overflow. Took it apart and found nothing but blew it out anyway. Put it back together and it was OK. There must have been something caught between the needle valve and seat.
