So I picked up this little atc70 with a kick start 110 in it from MIK6 awhile back. I'm looking for some ideas to try and fab up some sort of quick release mechanism to facilitate easy removal/installation of rear fenders when kick starting this trike. Have any of you atc70 mod gurus out there come up with anything?? I have searched this topic a few different ways to no avail.

Currently it has the rear studs that fit into the rear mount bracket, but no nuts. Those seem to serve as a descent rear retainer similar to the bigger hard tails with quick release up front. It does still have the forward mounting bolts in place. I would like to try and figure out something for the front other than just running without any fasteners at all as my kids will be riding this little bugger as well as the adults.

Any and all ideas welcome.

Thanks guys.

I believe that was the intent on this trike. Kicker was modified so it is straight and lays on the footpeg when not in use. I fear skinned knuckles galore with that method! lol! ;)

instead of just fabbing up something go hondaatc70.com and look at their recoil starter conversion kits their expensive but probably worth it in the long run here is the link http://www.hondaatc70.com/Pages/RecoilsPartsandKits.aspx
