85 110 problem

I am having issues with my 1985 Honda 110. I can push start it fine, has new carb, new plug, new ignition coil, stator ohms are 190 and free of dirt and rust, pulse ohms are 90 and free of dirt and rust, pulse gap set to .303mm as per the manual. However, it will not pull start. Runs great when on and I am at a loss, any suggestions?

Have you checked the neutral switch is working and not faulty?

Yes. It's defiantly in neutral. I get it speed in neutral and kick down into gear to start it, but sitting it refuses.

Adjust the valves and check the compression .
