Does anyone know if the 86 Swing arm bolt (90117-HB5-006) is the same as any other model that is still available from Honda? It was only used on the 86/87, but any slight change would warrant a new part number. Any help is appreciated.

86-88 trx200sx is a direct swap. Only difference is the 200x bolt is hollow.

Thanks for that info. Ill keep that in mind. I think I am going to have one made. Does anyone have a picture of the head of the bolt that they can send my way? I want to at least make it look it OEM if I am having one made.

Better option is to have the 250R bolt trimmed and retreaded to the size you need.
86-89 trx250r/atc250r same bolt.

isn't the 86/87 200x bolt smaller and a smaller diameter. I have several 86/87 200x bolts, 2 350x bolts(same as 86/87 200x) and a bunch of 85-89 250r bolts. I seam to remember the 250r bolts are a larger diameter, I think because I tried to use one in a 250r and it wasn't a tight fit. I then bought a 250r bolt and it was a tight fit.
