Ok guys help me out. The other day I tore apart the T3. Sadly I found out that I need to get it bored out(dont worry it isnt nikasil, the last owner had a steel sleeve put in it) and a new piston. I also found out that the crank has some play in it. Any idea what Ill have to do, Im guessing Ill have to get a crank rebuild. Anyone have an idea on where I can go to get the crank rebuilt? Thanks.

its ok if the lower bearing has some side to side movement. does it have up and down play, too? if so you will need a new lower bearing.

Well guys Ive been talking to Honda ATC and I think it may be fine. I just checked and there is no up and down movement. The rod moves side to side just barely, Im talking a 1/16 or less. Im hoping it will be ok, because it needs some movement so the rod doesnt get worn between the crank right?
Service manual says:
Crankshaft connecting rod side clearance: .45-.55mm (.0177"-.0217") Service Limit of .70mm (.0276)
1/16" or .0625" is a little too much. That's if its 1/32 or .0313" per side. :( If its indeed 1/16" per side, thats BAD! You need to check it with thickness guages.
Crankshaft connecting rod Radial clearance (up & down movement)
.037-.049mm (.0015"-.0019") Service limit: .1 mm (.0039")
Crankshaft runout: .03mm (.0012") Service limit .1mm (.0039")
:D
