kxt 250 fork rebuild

I have a 1984 tecate and I was wondering if there are any special tools needed to rebuild the forks?(seals and oil only)

Magic to get the seals out. Something about the 84s - I had a hard time getting the seals out.

Cuz the book says there is some special seal remover looks like some kind of three jaw puller. But there are only two seals right one on the top and one bottom?
