I take it for a ride then shut it off then gas runs out the overflow. I cleaned the carb nothing is stuck. I turn the petcock on and off a few times then it stops. But if i leave it on just continues to dump out. No idea.

Mikuni carburetor? Fuel level adjusted correctly? If so, i would say float valve needs replaced. Common repair. Its the piece that has a pointy rubber tip and it shuts the incoming fuel off when the floats rise from the gasoline entering the bowl. They deteriorate. Take the floats off and you will see it. Rebuild kits come with new needle and jet. Off road innovation sells them, maybe others places still do too.

The floats are held on the pins by little white caps. Usually....if they float in gas with the bowl off...you're good to go. Make sure the float arm is not installed upside down. Factory needle is steel...not viton tip. I don't know of anyone offering a replacement needle and seat that has the viton tip needle.

Everything seems to be in working order. I don't see anything messed up
How's the needle and seat look?

It is the float needle valve and I have experienced this on every Mikuni carb I have ever owned. It is what that 2 pronged brass tang pushes on when the floats rise and push on it. Very common issue
