tri moto exhaust manifold leak

I seem to be missing a part .....

I was wondering if there is anything else that might work in place of this part?

The exhaust is leaking so bad from the manifold that I am beginning to think this is my problem starting this beast. Not to mention , it's kind of loud too

Found the ring in my box of parts. No more leak
