well its been a while since last time but ive picked up an 83 yam 225dx for 100$, changed needle and cleaned carb and it ran! 2 broken exhaust studs (40$) repair and its fine.

anyways my question is whenever the bike is cold started it purrs away and is fine but after a while idleing I start to hear a tick from top end, I know its the cam and rockers getting hot.

I pulled the oil seep plug out of the head when cold and the oil pours right out but when hot it steams out that hole and out crank breaker pipe and spits not nearly enough oil out the weep hole... why is this? theres 10w30 engine oil in it and is filled to correct level... oil isn't getting to top end when bike is hot, starves it self. new oil filter (installed right way) new clutch cover gaskets... no passages blocked... I pulled the head bolt out and blew compressed air threw... I pulled clutch cover off and pulled the little rubber valve out its fine.. not sure what to do??
