Professional Metal Finishers in grand rapids, 616-365-2620. I know John Arens gets his frames and other parts done here, thats good enuff for me. He's one of the top builders of trx frames. He has already spent the time in making sure they do the work to his satisfaction. I havn't used them yet but I am in the process of having them do my frames and other parts. I can't quote prices, its not my shop.

They take the metal and clean it.. It cant have any paint, oil, rubber, anything on it. Then they heat it up to about 450 degrees, and like magnatize it. Then they spray powder on it.. and it really does come out as powder, and it sticks to the metal (because its magnatized) Then back to the oven, and then the powder evens out and looks like paint.
