Hey guys,

I'm finishing up a ATC 110 project rebuild and I've come across a no spark situation. I've checked the basics of what I know so far and still no luck I've swapped a coil pack off my running 1983 and I've also checked and set the airgap on the pulse rotor. I've checked all connections at the CDI and even dabbed on some dielectric grease. I've even swapped plugs back-and-forth. Do I have a bad ground at the coil? The CDI is brand-new but it is not OEM. That being said I have swapped the CDI off my 1983 and still nothing. I'm out of ideas. Any help would be killer!

Thanks in advance.

Not to sound bad... But how's the switch? On/off/on

Actually I've taken the kill-switch out of play. I should still be able to generate spark with out it. Maybe I'm wrong..

I had the same problem a couple times, once it was the switch second it was the small ground at the cool had corroded. Couldn't see it till I tugged on it and the wire just popped off the connector.
