Hey so I am running 85 tri z 250 forks on a fat tired motorcycle (tw200) and I am not really satisfied with what im getting out of them and wondering if anyone has any ideas. Ive ran with both stock and progressive springs with and without spacers, and am presently using 19w fork oil. On the rebound they seem to "top out"really hard, and on compression iiits not uncommon for them to bottom out pretty hard in just casual riding. In other words not enough dampening in either direction. Is it possible they are missing some kind of bumper or something on the rebound? What sort of air pressure should I be running? Are there any other springs that might swap out and work better? I havent been able to find any heavier fork oil, is there any? Thanks for any help you can give.

Race tech does amazing work. They'll valve and spring them for you exact application. Not cheap but they're the best.
