What is the bolt pattern of the 1984 Kawasaki Tecate?

It's weird, 101 x 4. Kawasaki got their bolt patterns wrong on both the 1st and 2nd generation Tecates. The 1st generation was too small and the 2nd generation was too big (156 x 4) so you can't run 9 inch rims.

Yep - 84 is 4x4" - basically can run golf cart rims if so inclined. Close enough to 4x100mm. I actually run a set of paddles on 4x100mm rims on my 4x4 hubs. I had to open up the holes for the 1/2" bolts:
