There are lots of "starter gears" in the 200x kicker assembly.

Which number is it in this microfiche?

That should be the narrow 14T driven gear used only on the '84 200X. You have 3 options. Wait till one pops up on ebay, or see if you can find # 23520-965-680 from an '85 200X/'87 up XR200. You can swap that in if you also swap the case bearing it rides in to the narrower bearing used in the '85 200X (honda-specific bearing, gotta buy from them) or have a machinist narrow the wider '85 gear. I have done both.

so if I buy the gear and bearing for the 85 I wont have to do anything else correct?

Confirm but the bearing may require a case splitting to remove and replace it.

the bearing # 91005-965-681 that the 14 tooth gear #23520-965-680 rides on in the case. Both for 85 200x

Yes, I would get both.

Yup, the bearing and the gear will take care of it. And case splitting is required. While you're in there, most suggest stretching or replacing the spring on the kick spindle, #7 in the parts fiche, p/n 28253-965-000. Also, inspect the return spring, #10 in the fiche, p/n 28261-965-010 carefully. I have seen them break at the tang that slips into the spindle. Last but not least, inspect the ratchet teeth on the spindle gear and ratchet, #'s 2 & 5. When they round over, the kicker will start to slip. Hope that all makes sense, send me a message if you have any questions.
