Thank You very much, very cool.
I always wanted one, but my father said no- when the Hondaline 300 kit came out he bought two. 3-6-0 seemed better to me, Oh well.
He did buy me that front Mugen fender for my 1982 250r, it was my favorite trike part I ever owned. 5+ HP for sure.
Please keep it up if you have more, I had every trike magazine in my collection, my EX burned them in a fire & took pictures. Not fun.

Cool article, i find this stuff very interesting. I was only a few years old back when all of this stuff was going down, so I never had a chance to follow any of this stuff. I bought a 3 wheeling magazine just recently just to check out the articles and ads, and WOW, so many aftermarket parts were being offered back then.
I would love to find a 360 kit for one if my airfoolers, I have three now:):):). But I know that it's unlikely, so I'll settle on just reading about them. Daddio, thanks for scanning the articles and keep them coming please!

Great read. I can't believe for a 360 they only ran a 36mm carb. I guess the conventional wisdom was a bit different back then. Today the recommendation would be a 39mm on a 360.

Well, the HP numbers they got from it were impressive for sure. They may have been after more torque with it, you just never know. It would be cool to sit down and talk with some of these people about these projects.

Reading the article they were talking about the different sound it makes when you fire it up. I agree it has its own sound.
