85 honda 125m timing chain tensioner need help!!

ok i haven't got a manual and i have looked but cant find it nowhere im going to change the rings in my 125m and i need to loosen the cam chain, how do i loosen it? if anyone can show me some pics or a diagram it would be greatly appreciated thanks

look in my signature and download the factory service manual. it is the same as the 84
