Has anyone shipped a frame within canada? If so who would be the best option? Any info would help.

Thanks

Indeed! Not cheap! I've had some decent size airplane parts. Cheapest seemed to be by using McKevitt trucking around here. At frame sizes though they charge per size not only weight! I'm guessing $100 bucks easy for a frame... :(

I might be able to arrange it for you. I set up shipping through my company all the time. It would be a truck line, you would have to put the frame on a pallet. What are the ship from and to postal codes? I can get you quote with that.

Hi there Troyg25.

From where to where are you shipping?

In order to keep the frame from damage, bubble wrap the tubing with the big style wrap.
Then get yourself some warehouse grade clear shrink wrap.
While wrapping, tie some good rope at the front, back and middle to make handles.
Then you should be good to go.

Purolator might be able to ship it fairly cheaply if wrapped well. Best to check with your local branch first.
I got two 70 frames sent via regular mail, so specialty services should be able to handle the bigger size.

Annnnd the other option is to see if anyone is traveling.

What freight class do you put on a BOL for a three wheeler?

It's going from n3t0a7 to a0b3b0.

It's been a few days since we last emailed each other. Never shipped something this size before (sx frame).

I have shipped a few trike's at class 100 and never had an issue. I talked to logistics company I use and that's what they recommended.

That sounds about right from NL to ON.

So when I called to run the postal codes I got 263 over the phone. Canada post couldn't give me a price based on the size. Odd
