Nice, it's cool to see another 90 getting a second chance in life. Good feeling knowing it's a running machine. Your gas tank looks to be free of any major dents, hopefully it's not all rusty inside. Keep posting your future progress for us. :TrikesOwn

here's a pic of my now sold '77 atc 90, i redid mine about six years ago, at the time there was an ebay seller listing rear fender assy's for about 125. shipped, yes it was fiberglass and already painted color correct, i used a '74 rear fender decal, just liked it better, i still have some headlight assy's left over that are still in nice condition.............212635212636

well my journey begins. my brother picked up the front and rear fenders, headlight and rear grab bar last night so now i have to plan a visit in denver to negotiate a hostage release LOL been promising him i would go up and visit anyway today will start tearing it down to see what else is an issue so far it needs--top end rebuild, tank cleaned and coated, rear brake hand lever and cable, on/off switch, parts held hostage in colorado and painting will take pics along the way but this could take a while could use some opinions on just next upsize bore or the big bore setup from dratv also paint choice go back close to stock or go crazy with something different thanks everyone

If your not stuck on a stock seat set up, I've heated and bent a piece of puck board to match the curve, attached foam and covered it with 5-way stretch material. Then I put screws up through some of the holes in the fender to secure it. Not really pretty but definitely functional. If those are the old school soft knobbies you're in for a treat with the way it will ride, nice and smooth for a hard tail. I

luckily fenders i am getting has a seat, foam kind of rough looking and needs a cover but those are the easy pieces to deal with, but was starting to imagine possible options. the tires are a cheng shin 2 ply. some bad i just found -- a bent rear axle (did not catch that when i picked it up), not a big surprise both sprockets are almost knife edged brake shoes look real good thanks
