Sparsely ridden, rear caliper seized last ride.

Pulled the caliper and compressed the caliper. There was some binding in the caliper that worked itself out after compressing a bit then working brake. One of the pistons was binding. So at reinstall I fully compress and now have no brakes. I feel the issue is in master cylinder as pedal is floppy with 0 resistance. Can't even bleed system as pedal just flops.

I did crack lid on fluid reservoir, can't imagine a seal blew on compression, caliper seals look fine. any thoughts? I feel as though something got pushed beyond its action point when I compressed.

The pistons and seals in the caliper get gummed up and corroded. Remove the pistons and clean it out and replace seals.
You may have to do the same with the master.

If seal was gone, shouldn't it weep when I depress brake?

Got a floppy pedal, will break open master and look

If you compressed the pistons all the ways into the caliper, they like to get stuck there as no fluid can get behind them. Use a small blast of compressed air to get them to pop out then bleed as usual.
