I found some pictures of a Commuter 4x5 that was recently in an auction in the states. These pics are well taken and should prove to be useful
for anyone that owns a commuter 5 wheeler.

John Deere bought the patent of the Commuter 4x5 and started production on the John Deere AMT 600.

Nice line up. The real question is how much did you pay for it Matt? :wondering

lol, I wish... If I remember the winning bid was like $1300 or something close to that...

in this pic here, I`m assuming the exhaust is the flexi-tube looking thing in the lower right hand corner of the pic. It turns and goes out the side of the frame.

The muffler (if that is indeed what it is) looks like a tiny version of a SuperTrapp. It appears to have similar discs.

$1300 for one in that good of condition with paperwork? Not bad if you ask me. I would love that thing for camping or hunting and its 3ww approved so I won't look like a fool with too many wheels.

Yea, it's the muffler. It might have a similar design. The John Deer one is a solid curved pipe with a bucket muffler on the end.

The age old question! The answer is how much you're willing to pay? Cheap is good because it will probably be pricey to make it that nice.
