What length are the 1st Gen 250R rear axles?
Im parting out my 81R which has an aftermarket rear axle at 39 1/2" long.
Just want to know if its a + axle or standard size. It has small spacers on each end.
Anyone know what brand this axle may be?

I believe that is an extended Durablue, I have one on my 200x racer. Not sure how much + length it is as I do not know the stock axle length.

Ok thanks for the input, who knows the stock size of the 81R rear axle? I'm really curious to find out.

About 33 inchs for a stock 81 axle.I have a durablue for an 82 on my 200x .
So Ive got a +6" Durablue Axle, that's good to know. I recently sold my +6" Tecate Durablue but it seems like it was longer than this one. They are different models and years anyways.
Thanks!

There called Sidewinder sprockets, I've got a 2 piece one on my Tecate too. They make the smaller 13 tooth sprockets for the transmission also. The previous owner ran this bike in the dunes and said he prefers them better for sand riding, not sure why?
Heres a close up of the one on my Tecate:
