Hi,
I have recently acquired an original Paul Turner 200r de-stroked motor from a friend of mine in Northern CA. I am trying to track down the original owners of this motor in the hope that I can get some information on the bike it was originally fitted to.
The story behind the motor was that it was built for two brothers by the name of Combs who were privateer racers from Northern CA. I have spoken to Paul Turner who confirms the authenticity of the motor, he just doesn't have any information on who these guys were but recalls that he only ever built a handful of these motors.

I know its a bit of a long shot but I figured some of you guys who were around the racing scene back then may recognise the name.
