Friday night camping

Camping in the dunes behind my house last Friday night.
My 10 year old son got bitten by a meat ant at 12.30AM. Wasn't that fun. The trip before this one he got burned fingers. The trip before that he got sand in his eyes. I think we'll sneak out next time without him lol.
I gave a friend a go on my Project X 70 and I have never seen anyone stand it straight up under acceleration and save it like he did. He was shaking like a leaf when he got off.

Man am I jealous. I was lost on where you were until I figured out you're "down under". It's summer there right? What the heck is a "meat ant", sounds like a fun critter.

Yup looks like a great time. Except for the ants. My daughter wants me to take her camping on the big red again come spring.

I've seen small scorpions, all kinds of spiders, snakes and even a cowsay over where we camp.
