OK fellas...
So I have this '85 350x. Previous owner stated is has a 300ex rear end in it. But I'm not entirely sure exactly what components are included in the whole "rear end" term.
I'm pretty sure the swing arm is the 350x swing arm. But the brake stay is different than anything I have ever seen. Also, I had to install a makeshift shim between the brake rotor hub and axle bearing inner race to allow for proper tightening of the axle nut without the rotor hub rubbing on the carrier. Carrier is a bit chewed up on that side from the hub rubbing.
I need to do axle bearings in this trike and I am trying to figure out of I should just hunt down a genuine 350x carrier if the one I have is not for the 350x. I want to do this right and have things line up and be able to be properly tightened without clearance issues.
Here are some pics. Let me know if more are needed. Just trying to figure out exactly what I have.
