guys what side dose the starter wire go on the solenoid?

iv looked at the diagrams but want to check here.suck at reading wiring diagram

I don't know if it matters, just as long as the positive from your battery is on one side and the starter wire is on the other. The solenoid is really just like a light switch that sends juice to the starter.

on my 85 truck and our 2 lawn mowers.there on the neg side.is this right for the 3wheeler
