Thirty years ago, i got two trikes for christmas. A brand new Yamaha Tri zinger, and a sweet KLT pedal trike. that's me on the zinger, and my dad and brother also got trikes, that's my dad on the KLT 160, and my brother on the KLT 110. hard to believe that its been 30 years!

Do you have any of them yet? But yea I never seen a klt pedal trike. I had a couple Honda trikes you pushed with your feet as a kid. I was born 9 years later. So I missed out on the factory new 3 wheeled goodness. Almost the same story for my dad though in 85. He got the 200s, my pap the 200m. Still have the 200s today.

The big wheel, 110, and zinger are long gone, the 110 locked up and my brother scrapped it. i sold the zinger to my cousin for$80.00 back in the 90's and it eventually got sold out of the family. The only one i still have is the KLT 160. Its the My avatar picture. I brought it back from the dead three and a half years ago. this is a link to my restoration album. http://www.3wheelerworld.com/album.php?albumid=1020

Awesome pictures. Wish I could dig mine up, it was Christmas day 1983, I got the Tomy Poweride battery powered 250r and a real deal ATC70. Still have both, unfortunately the 250r succombed to a broken neck as many did and is relegated to my dads attic, but the 70 still runs perfect.

That was a good Christmas! Thanks dad.
I was riding a 82 Honda 200 then that I bought new with haying $$, my good friend had a 175 tri-moto and we had trails through the woods between our houses, good times. We rode year around in MN and the trikes were a lot colder to ride in winter then snow machines!
Hmmm.. I wonder if my parents have any old 3wheeler pics.
