Yes they are actual Yamaha Tri-Zingers. It is up to you whether they are worth it or not, certainly not a bad deal but some of them look to be somewhat rough. Far from an expert on these bikes but I don't think you would lose money parting them for that price, I think the pull starts go for a decent bit.

Those look pretty cool! Make sure the motors turn and they are easily repairable. Maybe he'll do a better deal if you buy them all? Fix a few, part a few, fix them all, part them all, whatever you want to do. I can't imagine that would be too bad of a deal. If it were me I'd try to get at least a couple.
