Can anyone tell me the length of P/N 90116-08394-00?

If no one chimes in, I'll take one out of my top end and measure it for you. Its in the basement awaiting a rebuild, so its no problem.

If you could just measure what is sticking out of the cylinder that would be enough. DO NOT remove it for me.

OK, from cylinder-to-head mating surface to the top of the threads (with head installed) the stud measures 33.57mm (total amount sticking out above the jug). The head itself is 20.2mm thick where the stud passes thru, so you have 13.3mm of threads sticking out above the head where the nut goes. Hope this helps!

Sounds like a 60mm studs should work and I can trim them if need be. Thank you!

The studs I have removed are 50mm for the head and 55 LOA for the barrel/jug with an approx redundant 5mm to one end,
m8 and m10 respectivley
