83 250r suspension needs help

hi i have 1983 atc 250r suspension on both front and rear of my 200x
the fork has leaked oil out, sticks when i push it down like a flat spot? and the front wheel shakes, the forks need rebuilt!
the rear shock is wierd, it hasent leaked and it feels stiff generally (even after i backed off the preload) then when i jump it it feels soft? just odd.

can i rebiuld these myself fairly quickly or do they have to be sent off? id just have to have my trike down for a long time!!
also any hot setups good brand names to use?

fronts are "easy". I rebuilt the fronts on my 83 250r a few months ago but all i did was clean and new oil seals. if you need new bushings and such.... dunno if they are still available.

and im betting your rear shock has no fluid at all :P. they make rebuild kits (81-86 250r's all use the same kit) but its all kinda expensive and waaaaay more involved, and you need to find somewhere the will charge it when your done with nitrogen i believe...
