I'm working on a project SX and I obtained a set of 350x forks to install on the bike. Issue I have is that the SX when I got it had no forks and therefore the loosey ball bearings were gone. If I can obtain the factory sized and correct quantity of ball bearings for an SX, will those SX bearings work with the 350x forks? I haven't heard the best things about the "ALL BALLS" roller bearing replacements (people with fork play despite how tight they torque up the adjuster nut). Additionally, I don't really understand the need for a roller bearing in a fork tube. Overkill much?
