Does anyone know the dimensions and sizes (length, thread, pitch, etc) of the 250sx swingarm bolts and the locking nuts?

Thanks

Which bolts specifically? The 6mm stuff is all 1.0 thread pitch and 8, 10, and 12mm stuff is all 1.25 thread pitch. As far as length goes, we need to know which bolt(s).

These might help. The special bolts like the ones that bolt the right side of the diff to the swingarm are "Special" and they don't give dimensions for those.

Ah, that's the one I was hoping for. Can't seem to find a cheap set and lost the last few sets I had. Was gunna just make some up but didn't have one to replicate. (Part 15, the pivot bolt)

The "Special" is 10x25 with a larger flared head than standard. What do you want to know about the pivot bolt? I have one right here.

I wanted to make the pivot bolts from scratch. Didn't know the thread and shoulder length/diameter.

Maybe just the thickness of the locking nut. I'm sure I can make it use any tool to loosen and tighten instead of the oem pattern. You are a life-saver!
