Tiger Frame Maybe here?

http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/snw/4764172312.html this is on Craigslist near me, the frame does not look like a Honda Frame and the motor says from a CR 250 what the hell is this thing originally can anyone help? The frame color looks close to Tiger frame color to me

Dont get too excited-Its just a stock 250r frame painted blue.

It looks mostly stock 82 250 r with different front fender seat and gas tank.The motor is not cr.Also newer carb.

Looks like a PJ series Kehin and a Mossbarger intake. Not a bad base to start with a fun build from. Ugly as SIN though lol
