Looks like an old PK racing exhaust.

Good eye mike, I was thinking PK but couldn't be sure. It's definitely different.

Its not loud at all , PK were known for performance without the noise ....

It's not a PK. They did not have that horrible sharp bend in the tailpipe and they have a snap ring in the end for disassembly and repacking.
