Hondaline spotlight? Never seen one like this!

I got this light a couple of years ago and I've never seen another like it. It plugs into my Big Red power outlet. It says "HONDA" on the molded plug but nowhere on the light itself. It's very bright and I'd like to use it more but I'm afraid to break it. I was wondering if anyone has seen one before and if there are other pieces like a mount or case to carry it on bike? It might have been early TRX hondaline??

I know Honda did sell a spot light for the big reds and that is what that plug is for. But what yours looks like is someone went to a store got the spot light then spliced the Honda plug onto it. Could be wrong but thats my 2 cents

I've heard that you can buy the power cord from honda so that is a possibility that someone bought a cord and installed it onto a 12volt spotlight. That's why I'm asking because I just don't know and thought it would be best to ask here.

Any idea if you can still? I always wanted to find one of those plugs so I could do just that because finding an original hondaline Spotlight is out of the question.

Plus if I found it I would sell it considering I'm sure it would go for some decent clams.
