Hi everyone! My names Joe and I just recently purchased a 1984 200x (first trike). Came across the site while looking for some technical information, and seems like the best site around for that kinda stuff. Cheers!

Thanks y'all. I'm still trying to get it running. Supposedly has been in storage since the early 90s.. For what it's worth I posted pics on my profile. Anyways, I changed the oil (honda), new plug (correct gap), checked tank condition, fuel strainer, fresh gas, fuel valve, flow out of valve, compression tested (160ish).. All good. Still haven't been able to get anything out of it. Before I changed the plug I tried starting it with starting fluid and still nothing. Checked spark with spark checker as well. The secondary coil tested slightly out of spec according to the service manual (12k I wanna say off hand?) I bought a used replacement but haven't tried/tested it yet. Sorry for the long winded response but I'm trying to cover what I've done and tried so far. Seems like it should run to me. I'm a tech for a living, granted a different field but I'm experienced "turning wrenches" so I'm starting to get frustrated at this point haha. Thanks

Pulse generator tested good as well, and the fact I have spark with a checker leads me to believe the CDI is good as well.
