the gas tank arrived today and my "new" wheels were already waiting on the porch for me. I have just enough beer to install the gas tank.....

Gee... I measure time in "beers consumed" too. Cool.
I think the white wheels are going to look cool.

I take it that after all that time and cash you decided to keep the old SX instead of selling it?? They are a blast aren't they :-D

the wheels didn't work. I didn't consider wether the tires would need beadlocks or not (they do). basicaly, the wheels that I bought from someone on this site were just powder coated 250r wheels that were drilled out for beadlocks but never had them installed. 4 small holes on each side of the wheel = air leak. when they put my new tires on the wheels they didnt hold air. how was I to know ?! shaby trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro
got wheels? maybe some 8's just laying around? I am just about to make a post in the classifieds for some 8's with my sorry trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro

You can always put a tube in the tire.

yeah but they wanted 30$ for tubes and labor! i spent 45$ on the wheels and 84$ on the 22' tires. I wasn't trying to spend money but I guess that is my mistake :?
