Is a 1981-1982 250r front rim centered?

hi i just bought a front wheel for 81-82 250r, its a 3+5 offset aluminum itp, looks like a rear wheel

the front wheel is a 4+4 centered correct?

will a big reds front wheel work?

81/82R front wheel is zero offset 4/4. 81 is 3 bolt 3/100, 82 is 4 bolt 4/130. anything with the same bolt pattern and offset will work
