It looks like that round thing is a torque stuffer, I thought that you could only get them for four strokes, but I guess not. What a torque stuffer does, is fools the motor into thinking that the expansion chamber inlet, is smaller, which ups your bottom and midrange power, without sacrificing any top end, and I am sure you all know what the reed spacer does.
